I’m an Integrative Therapist which means I can bring in various techniques to help you overcome your current difficulties. The most important thing in therapy is the relationship between us. My aim is to provide a welcoming safe space in which you feel at ease to explore your problems and by working together we can find a way forward.

I have worked successfully with many people who are affected by anxiety and depression. I also work with other issues including OCD, Bereavement, Trauma, Abuse, low self-esteem and confidence issues.

I do appreciate that it is not always easy to come forward and seek help but would like to reassure you that you will be met with compassion and understanding. Counselling can be so helpful and can bring about positive changes in your life.

If you have any questions or queries, please do not hesitate to contact me directly at help@pndsupport.co.uk.

Private sessions are available at £25.00 per hour. Please contact me if you would like to arrange an initial appointment at House of Light.

antenatal depression

Having antenatal depression does not necessarily mean you will develop postnatal depression. Many mums do feel well once their baby is born and having help and support as soon as possible makes all the difference.

postnatal depression

Postnatal depression is a type of depression some women experience after having a baby. It can develop anytime in the first year after giving birth.
